Parable means "to throw along side." It is an earthly truth thrown along side a spiritual one. Jesus taught in parables in order to appeal to any heart condition, even the hardest of heart (Matthew 13:13-15). One would hear the parable and leave with his mind twisting in an attempt to discover its meaning. Jesus would explain the meaning of His parables to His closest followers, His disciples. Join us as we discover the practical teaching of the Parables of Jesus.
